Responsibilities
- As a customer support representative you will play a crucial role to ensure the customers satisfaction regarding repairing.
- Also you will receive calls from customers problems and queries regarding auto repairing.
- And also have good communications in English language.
- you must be able to demonstrate compassion and understanding and also offer the best solution for problems that is facing by the customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things.
